Practical Stay

I had a three-bed room. It included a wardrobe and a table. The room provided enough space for movement despite the furnishings. Staff members were both helpful and cute there.
I experienced disruptive noise levels coming from rooms close to mine. Clear sounds of coughing and phone conversations were audible through the walls. I recommend soundproofing of the rooms.

superb stay with excellent location

i found the staff very considerate and polite, even helping me sort a package i had delivered, the attention and service were perfect. on my last day, i had a belly ache, and they gave me painkillers, it was really appreciated. overall, my personal rating is high, i will be back soon.
my room smelled really bad. i believe they even left an extra air freshener for me. i'm not sure what caused the smell.

the hotel has a bus station in front of it. there is a cute cat present. the reception area is nice. there is a supermarket downstairs facilitating easy access to food.

the room was spacious and clean! the shower had a lot of water with great temperature. new towels were provided when my room was cleaned. the room had a bathroom sink inside.

The hotel is very close to leidseplein. I found it perfect for exploring. it is in front of tram stations. there are connections to the main lines, this is very convenient. the hotel is next to vondel park.

dirty toiletpoor insulation
The shared toilet was not clean. it lacked paper . the entrance often had people sitting there, they looked drunk. Installing a barrier could help. the noise from the street made it hard to sleep, the sound insulation wasn't good.

i found the location excellent, very close to tram stations. walking to the city center was easy. my room was very comfy and tidy, so i rested well. there were many restaurants and shops nearby, including a 24/7 store just across the street.
I noticed the stairs were steep. I found them slightly challenging with luggage
