helpful staff convenient location useful information inexpensive restaurant

the reception staff were helpful. the taxi call was efficient. advice about the neighborhood was available. i also found a very good inexpensive restaurant next door and a supermarket across the street. the front desk provided useful local information. the location proved convenient. i found it easy to access amenities.

the pool happened to be closed.

The hotel is located conveniently near the central station. Metro access was easy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean.

The triple room felt small, actually. It was difficult to move around with three luggages inside the room. The kettle services were removed, unfortunately. This was one of the things that stood out when I stayed here last year.

the room seemed smaller than i expected. also, the big glass bathroom door proved more of a nuisance. it always seemed to be in the way. not the best design, i must say.

convenient location excellent breakfast ample storage

the location proved quite convenient, offering easy access to both the central station and metro lines. i found the breakfast selection excellent. the room included amenities like two washbasins, a fridge, and a high-quality tv with numerous racks for storage. i greatly appreciated the picnic box provided for my early departure.

The absence of a kettle in the room was slightly disappointing. I missed this facility.

wow, what a fab stay!

quiet neighbourhood clean room comfy bedding

the location is super perfect! it's a quiet area, and buses, the metro, the main station and taxis are all easily accessible to me. the room was super clean, and the bedding felt very comfy. i got heaps of hot water with great water pressure. the 24-hour reception and friendly.

the room was very small and i needed to put my suitcase in the walkway to open it. the pool was closed. i see blood stains down the front of the toilet! overall its not that excellent for the price.

the staff offers attention for our needs like getting a taxi and recommending restaurants. the staff is also friendly and cute. i love it is nice and refreshing from the city's fast pace environment.

Fantastic Stay Near Sants Station!

easy check-in friendly staff spacious room reliable wifi

Check-in was very easy. The staff were always friendly and available. My room was clean and also quite spacious (I really appreciated that). The hotel provided reliable WIFI which allowed me to stay connected without issues.

I noticed a small stain on the bathroom mirror, which I hope they addressed immediately.

The hotel has many bars and restaurants within a short walk. It is conveniently located only a five-minute walk from Barcelona Sants station. This proximity made accessing transportation very simple (especially with kids!).

The staff helped arrange a taxi for our early morning departure. They also offered umbrellas during a rainy day, very useful. Everyone at the front desk provided prompt and courteous support.
