anna at reception assisted with changing my room, it improved my stay. she gave me directions and suggestions for local attractions. the hotel is near the gothic quarter and las ramblas. the cafe next door, bode b, had amazing sandwiches and was worth the wait, i thought.

the pool was out of service , i was not notified beforehand.

The room had a lovely harbor view. Staff members were friendly and provided helpful assistance. The rooftop bar provided fine views (I took some amazing pictures).
