Adequate Stay
relaxing atmosphere really good pool unfriendly reception incorrect drink
The hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was really good. I found the restaurants very relaxing. The TV in my room had BBC channels.
I experienced an unfriendly reception at the front desk. I asked for rooms on the same floor as my colleagues, but this was not possible. A waiter in the bar was also unfriendly and made errors with our drink order.

Amazing amenities and spacious rooms
gym equipment weight machines large pool attentive service
The gym had comprehensive equipment for a full workout. I used three treadmills and several weight machines. The pool area was large. I counted about twenty loungers. I appreciate the sauna that offered a relaxing experience after my workout. I liked the attentive service near the pool and bar areas.
The elevator had some smudges on the mirror. Though it did not affect the function.

My Beautiful King Room included a capsule coffee machine. It also had a kettle. The room featured a separate seating area with a sofa. I noticed very effective sound insulation.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby subway station! This made accessing the city center convenient. I observed that staff promptly addressed requests. They were available at the reception and in the dining areas.

mixed feelings about this stay
scratched furniture limited dining
The location outside the city center suited me, near the Alma metro station. It's about 20 minutes to central station.
The furniture in the room seemed quite scratched, i noticed it immediately. i found the dining options somewhat limited and too expensive.

dusty room inadequate wardrobe
the chinese restaurant was acceptable, i expected that.
I was disappointed that my superior king room was quite dusty. it did not meet my standards for cleanliness. the lack of an adequate wardrobe was also problematic. It was only 50cm wide and did not have sufficient space. my clothes could not fit properly. There was clearly little thought put into the room's storage.

acceptable stay with cleanliness issues and unfriendly service
bad service unfriendly staff
the room was spacious and comfortable!
i ordered breakfast in room, but nobody checked the orders hanging at my door outside before the deadline. bad service occurred for a 5 star hotel. further the staff is not very friendly. it felt more like a 2 star hotel.
