The location proved amazing! Loads of restaurants and bars were on the doorstep, alongside tourist spots within a few minutes walk. The staff at reception were very friendly. They were keen to help. Check-in and check-out were efficient.
The air conditioning could only be set to heat. I felt sick because the room was warm, so I couldn't cool it down to a comfortable temperature.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations for dining options. One staff member arranged for our bags to be stored because we had arrived before check-in. Maps showing major attractions were also provided.

i liked the central location much. i had no problem walking to the main attractions. the staff was really friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. the room was clean and well kept. i had a family & friends duplex room, and it was a nice option for my family with teenage kids. it gave them own space and bathroom.
the streets are very noisy at night. drunken people kept me awake until early morning. it was difficult to get good sleep.

i found the hotel staff very attentive and polite. eduardo provided a warm welcome with excellent professionalism. the location proved very convenient, only minutes from both the central station and grand place.
The hotel lacked a refrigerator. This made it hard to keep drinks cold.
