the breakfast selection was good (i especially liked the pastries).

the room service was a disaster. i called to order dinner, but nobody answered. i had to call over 20 times. after i placed my order, it never arrived. i ended up ordering uber eats, so i ate dinner at 12:30 am after paying double.

stylish stay

excellent spa aesthetic design cuisine options convenient tram

The spa facilities impressed me a lot (i'm a wellness enthusiast). i found the hotel's design quite aesthetic, extending to the restaurants, bars, and rooms. the ground floor food court provided various cuisine options. I enjoyed exploring them. the tram stop right opposite the hotel made getting around simple.

i had a slight issue finding my way to the reception initially, it's in a large building.

Service

9/10

staff members are helpful, providing assistance when needed, and the hotel offers a convenient option to skip room cleaning in exchange for a free drink at the bar, which i took advantage of.

Rooms

9/10

My room included a high-quality marshall bluetooth speaker, a really nice touch. the room felt spacious and had a large window offering wonderful views. I stayed in a superior 40. the room was modern, clean, and comfortable.

Facilities

9/10

the hotel has excellent fitness facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools. i tried the spa, including the salt room. there is a lively food court downstairs with many choices.

Location

8/10

The hotel is well connected, with metro, bus, and tram options available. I used the tram most of the time. the hotel is located near lakes, parks, and woods. a sunday market is nearby in boitsfort village.
