the room service was a disaster. i called to order dinner, but nobody answered. i had to call over 20 times. after i placed my order, it never arrived. i ended up ordering uber eats, so i ate dinner at 12:30 am after paying double.

The spa facilities impressed me a lot (i'm a wellness enthusiast). i found the hotel's design quite aesthetic, extending to the restaurants, bars, and rooms. the ground floor food court provided various cuisine options. I enjoyed exploring them. the tram stop right opposite the hotel made getting around simple.

i had a slight issue finding my way to the reception initially, it's in a large building.

My room included a high-quality marshall bluetooth speaker, a really nice touch. the room felt spacious and had a large window offering wonderful views. I stayed in a superior 40. the room was modern, clean, and comfortable.
