elegant stay
ample space comfortable bathrobe excellent service
i found the room clean with ample space. i appreciated the inclusion of bathrobes and slippers. the staff, particularly josue in the breakfast room, provided excellent service.
the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot. it ranged from very hot to cold. i felt this inconsistency should not occur in a hotel of this level.

large desk bus stop rubber duck
the classic room had a large desk i used for work. a bus stopped near the hotel it was very convenient. the room included a rubber duck on the bath it was sweet.

food variety christmas decor elegant atmosphere
i enjoyed the breakfast. there was a good variety of food available. i especially appreciated the christmas decor. it gave a very elegant atmosphere to the hotel.
the ventilation system was not working properly. i felt quite cold for the first 24 hours. it took a while to change rooms after they couldn't fix it.
