excellent stay near grand place
convenient location helpful staff room usb ports
the location proved convenient. it was a short walk to grand place with chocolate shops along the way. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly and i enjoyed my mornings. the room also featured usb ports by the beds.
i found that the room size was small for my needs.

the staff was helpful. breakfast was good with many choices. rooms was cleaned. there was usb ports by the beds. the hotel had a convenient location for sightseeing. the staff were pleasant and efficient.
the room was not very clean. i see some sticky sideboards with ring marks from tea.

The hotel's location is quite convenient! I found it easy to walk to the main tourist spots. There were many dining options nearby. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of items. The room was clean and the bed provided decent comfort.
The room felt smaller than expected. There was a noticeable lack of storage space, specifically no cupboards. I would have appreciated a safe in the room to store valuables like my passport. Securing personal belongings was a concern .

Central Location, Great Breakfast!

I liked the hotel's central location. I walked to the main train station for day trips (it was very convenient). I also explored the city on foot easily from the hotel. The free breakfast included eggs, waffles, fruit, pastries, and several juices. It helped me start the day right.
The room was a bit small, however, I was able to adapt quickly to the space.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They always had a smile. Megi was especially supportive and kind . The staff offered restaurant recommendations.

the breakfast included a coffee machine available 24/7 i found that very convenient the location was central near many restaurants i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel the staff was friendly and helpful
my room was quite small i also noticed there were no cupboards that was inconvenient the shower provided only tepid water i think that needs improvement
