The location was convenient. It was close to the tram stop. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The reception staff was sometimes rude. One person spoke to me as if i was stupid. There was no water kettle in the room and also no fridge, a little inconvenient.

I found the breakfast options quite nice. the pancake machine was a fun touch. i also received a voucher for not having my room cleaned, which i used for bar snacks. I thought that was a great eco-friendly initiative. the lobby was designed well.

I found that the room lacked sufficient drawer space. I had to live out of my suitcase .

FANTASTIC family room EXPERIENCE!

The family room IS SUPER for families. This room was spacious. It had a big double bed and two bunk beds. The bathroom was also quite nice. There was also a couch and a big tv where I could connect my laptop.

The only SLIGHT issue was that I had a cold shower, BUT it was quickly fixed.
