the room offered a functional space i found useful for handling paperwork the immediate area near the train station made it easy to get around i liked that the grote markt was not too far away so exploring the city center was easy too the hotel's proximity to the station was convenient for travels.
the staircase steps were quite high i found this a bit challenging.

excellent location polite staff soft bed missing brush
The location was excellent. It was close to several stations. the breakfast had a lot of choice and good quality, i thought. staff were polite and helpful. This was charming.
The bed was too soft. I found that quite bad. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. I didn't like this.

The hotel is near many shops. Street noise was minimal inside. My room had comfortable wall-to-wall carpeting and a great mattress. The staff was friendly and helpful .

All rooms feature an empty minibar (not a fridge). The Airport Express train connects Brussels Airport to the North Railway Station, which is just a 6-minute walk from the hotel. Taxis are also available at the airport. What time is breakfast served at the hotel?
