The early check-in at 9:30 a.m. was SO helpful after my morning flight. It was complimentary. The breakfast had many options. This allowed for choices based on individual taste. The staff were responsive and very kind. The WiFi connection was strong, so I could work from my room without trouble.
The soundproofing between rooms was not the best. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The reception staff offered quick responses and assistance. The front desk staff was helpful with various requests. I found the cleaning staff attentive. They maintained high standards each day. This was appreciated.

The location was great for my needs. It was a short walk to tourist spots. Breakfast had a good variety. The staff were attentive.
The room had no air conditioning. It got quite hot during the day. I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor.
