convenient CENTRAL STAY

ideal location friendly staff early check-in fresh fruit

This LOCATION was ideal. It allowed easy access to main attractions. The staff were friendly, also very helpful with directions. The complimentary early check-in was useful after my long journey. BREAKFAST had good variety, including fresh fruit and pastries.

the bathroom had some wear, like slight discoloration on the tiles. It was minor, but I noticed it.

my room was small, YET cozy, with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The single room included a work desk with ample space for a laptop. A mini-fridge was also provided, it was useful for storing drinks.

the hotel offers luggage storage, THAT was convenient after checkout. the reception area is open 24 hours, i found it reassuring. i also saw vending machines available with snacks and drinks near the lobby, that was useful.

the breakfast buffet had a selection of breads, cheeses, and cold cuts. hot options included scrambled eggs and bacon, i considered it sufficient. coffee and tea were also available throughout the breakfast service.

The early check-in at 9:30 a.m. was SO helpful after my morning flight. It was complimentary. The breakfast had many options. This allowed for choices based on individual taste. The staff were responsive and very kind. The WiFi connection was strong, so I could work from my room without trouble.

The soundproofing between rooms was not the best. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The reception staff offered quick responses and assistance. The front desk staff was helpful with various requests. I found the cleaning staff attentive. They maintained high standards each day. This was appreciated.

The location was great for my needs. It was a short walk to tourist spots. Breakfast had a good variety. The staff were attentive.

The room had no air conditioning. It got quite hot during the day. The elevator was not working upon arrival. I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor.
