The breakfast was simple but delicious. Fresh smoothies and Belgian waffles were available daily.
The surrounding neighborhood was quite dirty. Trash littered the streets .

A Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The underground parking was roomy for a downtown space, VERY convenient for my motorcycle. The hotel's modern design shone through the bright, clean rooms. the shower and comfy bed were SUCH A RELIEF. I appreciated coffee being available and the easy walk to Grand Place!
I noticed the absence of a mini bar or small refrigerator in the room.

The receptionist was great and helpful, even assisting with dinner orders. The staff displayed kindness and attentiveness throughout my visit, which I valued A LOT. the service was excellent.

Rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds offer excellent comfort. Automatic shades kept the room cool during the day. This added to the enjoyment. The rooms are modern and bright!

The breakfast buffet had many choices and was really delicious. The staff was very friendly. They were helpful too. My room was very clean!
The neighborhood didn't feel safe at night. I didn't walk around alone. There wasn't air conditioning in my room, so it was a bit warm. I found no water in the room, this would be a nice touch.
