The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated from lukewarm to cold. the doors lacked soft-close mechanisms, therefore noise travelled easily as other guests shut them. street noise was also prominent, perhaps due to inadequate window sealing.

the elevator was a bit SLOW.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

I found the staff cute and friendly from arrival to departure. The food was lovely, and the hotel proved perfect for my family occasion. I appreciated the efficient service as nothing seemed too much trouble (especially Irene, who was very helpful during meal times).

The shower had instructions saying to run it for two minutes, yet I only got a couple of minutes of lukewarm water before it turned cold.

The breakfast had a great selection of items. I found the location to be very convenient for public transportation. Parking on the premises was available and I left the car all day and used public transport (it was easy!).

I was given a key to my room only to find someone already inside. My room was directly above the bar and restaurant. There was a celebration with loud music and smashing bottles (it was difficult to sleep). Toilets were few and in poor condition by the bedrooms.
