The staff answered all questions about the area. They helped with EV charging for our car hire. Many restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. They are within walking distance from the hotel. The reception is always covered. The rooms are super clean, the beds are comfy, and fresh towels were available.
The breakfast choice was not extensive and seemed limited in quantity

The receptionist offered a warm welcome. They were efficient and helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly. They quickly tended to guest needs, which I valued when heading off for the day. The staff helped with local directions.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A chambermaid kindly provided an extra warm bed spread. There was a large walk-in shower with plenty of room. It included good strong water pressure and Elemis Shower gel.

the bed gave us a good sleep blackout blinds helped a lot. i found the shower and amenities in the room good a decent size tv was available.
the gutter outside my window was broken it made a noise.

The room included a kettle and a Nespresso machine. slippers and a dressing gown. The bed offered good comfort and featured quality linen. I found the restaurant to be quite good, delivering on its promises.
I noticed very slight stains on the bathroom floor near the sink tap.

the room size was acceptable. it featured a superior king bed.
The bathroom fan was broken. my gps directed me to the restaurant entrance on main street. There was no obvious hotel signage. finding the actual hotel entrance and car park was a bit confusing. instructions for the car park would have been helpful.

the bed provided a good nights sleep.
my room required more attention to detail, i noted the coffee machine had a build up of dust. the bathroom was also concerning, bacterial mould grew in the corners of the shower cubicle. these cleaning oversights are not acceptable for this class of hotel.
