stevie's really good staff interaction at breakfast was a highlight! i really loved the front of house staff, they were superb! the location is excellent, right in the city center near shopping and food.

The rooms were very plain. It wasn't quite what i expected for a high-end hotel.

The room was huge and felt super clean on arrival. Breakfast was good, and the check-in staff were amazing (I appreciated their efficiency).

I found lugging suitcases to be a real pain. I think a ramp or similar solution would benefit the place greatly (especially with heavy luggage).
