adequate experience
window table charging point soundproofing issue faulty shower
the view from the restaurant was nice. the staff seated me at a window table. there was also a charging point for electric cars in the car park.
the room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard noise from people in the hallways. the shower did not function well.

charming stay!
modern fixtures breakfast variety scenic view
i found the room quite spacious. it included modern bathroom fixtures with a rainfall shower and separate vanity sinks! the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options like cereals, pastries, and hot items. i particularly enjoyed the view from the breakfast area.
the lift seemed a bit slow. this made moving luggage to the upper floors somewhat inconvenient. i had to wait a few times.

The staff assisted with directions and offered prompt room service. requests were handled efficiently. There was always someone available at the front desk. the reception was always ready to assist with any request, quickly and efficiently. overall, it was commendable.

Fantastic Stay with Loch Views!
tartan map whisky selection breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the dining room overlooked the loch. I especially liked the Scottish details, like the clan tartan map. The restaurant provided a great whisky selection and very good food.
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallways, upstairs, and next door.

The hotel is ideally situated, right across from the loch. I found its proximity very convenient. This positioning ensured quick access to local attractions. It was a great spot!

lovely experience!!!
breakfast buffet loch linnhe view
the breakfast buffet was excellent. i particularly enjoyed the loch linnhe view from the dining and lounge areas. all staff i interacted with were very friendly and helpful. i spontaneously enjoyed more meals on site by dining in the bar and lounge.
getting luggage to the rooms was a challenge with the slow lift. i had requested an additional 30 mins for check out but a lady knocked, asking to check out immediately. she was quite agitated when i said i had 30 mins extra.
