great breakfastfantastic selectionfriendly stafffaulty heatingcold air
the breakfast was so good! there was a fantastic selection of food, and the staff were really friendly. the room was a great size, even with three single beds. i especially appreciated the quality toiletries and tea and coffee.
getting luggage to the top floor was a challenge. the heating in my room wasn't working properly. The bathroom window let in a lot of cold air at night. i had to stuff tissues in the window gaps to keep the chill out.

Fantastic Stay with Loch Views!

tartan mapwhisky selectionbreakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the dining room overlooked the loch. I especially liked the Scottish details, like the clan tartan map. The restaurant provided a great whisky selection and very good food.
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallways, upstairs, and next door.

lovely experience!!!

breakfast buffetloch linnhe view
the breakfast buffet was excellent. i particularly enjoyed the loch linnhe view from the dining and lounge areas. all staff i interacted with were very friendly and helpful. i spontaneously enjoyed more meals on site by dining in the bar and lounge.
i had requested an additional 30 mins for check out but a lady knocked, asking to check out immediately. she was quite agitated when i said i had 30 mins extra.
