The Clan MacDuff Hotel has room types including twin, king, queen, and triples (UK queen and single or 3 single beds). Every room features a private bathroom, toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms are in the MacDuff Lodge, a short walk across the car park. Rooms offer Highland landscape views, while others face a rock garden. Accessible rooms have roll-in showers and grab rails and can be set up as twin or double. Some rooms include a balcony.

The hotel's restaurant serves regional cuisine made with local ingredients. Both the restaurant and lounge bar have picture windows and the same menu. The lounge bar serves light meals and a selection of over 50 Scottish malt whiskies, over 30 Scottish Gins and a range of Scottish and local beers.
