The breakfast disappointed me. I found the scrambled eggs were cold despite refills. The hotel offered canned fruit but no fresh options. It seems they chose cheaper products, unacceptable for the price. The window could not be opened in my room.

i loved the room it reminded me of a hotel room but shared. towels were included and changed daily the bathrooms were clean and pretty. a washing machine was available for a good price wash and dry were four euros each. grand place was only a twelve minute walk away.
i had one small pillow it was a little thin.

the hotel has a guests kitchen a bar and some games for entertainment. lockers are in the room which fit a backpack your own padlock is needed. these amenities really helped.

the location is good it takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the city center. public transport options are nearby if you don't want to walk. i found the location very convenient for exploring the area.

the staff were helpful and cheerful during my entire stay. they always assisted with questions and provided useful information. i really felt welcomed by the team throughout my visit.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. I found the bathrooms to be pretty and also clean. I liked the availability of a washing machine at a fair price. 4€ For wash and 4€ for dry. The location was convenient. I could easily walk to the Grand Place in about 12 minutes. The hotel offered towel service with fresh towels changed every day!
The vegetarian meal options were somewhat limited. Most involved fake meat substitutes.
