worn furniture non-functional air conditioning
the room was old. the furniture seemed dated and worn, ITS condition detracted from the overall experience. the air conditioning didn't work properly, it made the room uncomfortably warm at night and i was offered breakfast as compensation.

wide array effective soundproofing
the breakfast offered a wide array of options i found it quite satisfying. the room featured soundproofing this provided effective noise reduction from outside i slept soundly. the location is very central with easy access to nearby shops.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

acceptable stay needs improvements
the breakfast was good it had a great variety
i stayed in february and the weather was cold the central heating does not exist only the air conditioner is available it takes a long time to heat the room and the walls feel icy to the touch walking on the laminate floor is cold as slippers were not provided
