airy lodge beautiful decor calming view
andrew at the front desk was super cute and funny (he really made our day!). i stayed in morra, one of the waterside lodges, it was so bright and airy with beautiful decor. the decking area had great patio furniture, a real plus. the hot tub was awesome, it was easy to climb into, and the views of loch of the lowes were calming, especially the sunset.
the walls throughout the hotel needed renovating in a lot of area. i found it a bit tacky.

The accommodation was good. It met my expectations.
The breakfast service was slow. I was very disappointed by this! it took a long time to get my order and the staff seemed overwhelmed. the food quality didn't justify the wait. also. The noise from other guests late at night disrupted my sleep, a common problem apparently, according to other reviews i read later.

a really good experience

spacious room comfortable bed helpful staff
the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated they were very clean and the beds were very comfortable dinner was delicious as was breakfast all of the staff were cute and very helpful i attended a wedding and the garden room i stayed in for one night was nice and big with everything needed. the grounds are beautiful and every part of the hotel i saw was well kept. i visited the restaurant for an evening meal it was a good choice and reasonably priced both food and wine were excellent.
the vegetable tempura was greasy with very little tempura batter still on chips were cold overall this was bland.

the hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped offering serene views there were walking paths around the loch which enhanced the overall experience i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. the gardens were well-manicured adding to the scenic environment.
