fantastic stay at a beautiful place!

lovely decor fine seating beautiful gardens

the staff was great and helped me a lot! the bedroom had a good size and a lovely decor. i found the seating in the reception area fine! i enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the gorgeous hotel, perfect for a romantic getaway.

i noticed a little dust, but it wasn't a big deal at all.

a castle stay

amazing staff good menu

i found the hotel very tidy. the staff are amazing, and customer service was excellent. i enjoyed a good menu with various options. the food was also very good, i thought.

my room had a kettle on top of a chest of drawers. it also had two tiny cups with it. i could not find a fridge in the room.

the hotel restaurant is now on the left from the entrance. the hotel features beautiful surroundings that are just like the interior. the christmas decor was also cute and beautiful i noticed.

i appreciated the excellent room. it featured a refreshing change from typical modern designs. the food was fantastic. i found the prices quite reasonable.

The towels were threadbare and stained. i noticed stains on the bedsheets. the grout in the shower needed bleach. It was quite dirty.
