the self check-in was very easy , and staff were available to help. the hotel felt modern and clean. i found the location great for walking to the places i wanted to visit.
the small toilet room had a difficult lock. the glass panel door was similar to what is found in caravans. the lighting was all on or nothing.

the room was clean and quite spacious! i liked that the toilet and shower were separate. this arrangement is especially handy when travelling with family.
The breakfast was awful and overcooked. the room was overcharged in error, i queried it on checkout. i was assured it would be sorted but then i got overcharged. I had to call to complain to get it sorted.

The staff displayed kindness and efficiently arranged tours and provided excellent recommendations. I became unwell and they offered really good support. I appreciated their attentiveness. The room featured super clean surfaces, a very comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. google chrome access was available on the tv.
The room lacked tea and coffee facilities, which disappointed me since I like a warm beverage in the morning. The room card also malfunctioned and assistance was not available at the front door. I hope these issues improve.
