friendly staff spacious room great breakfast complimentary items

I found the staff friendly. They were always ready to assist. The room was spacious! and very clean. Breakfast offered a lot of choice, and the food tasted great. I particularly appreciated the complimentary items included in the price.

The music at the bar was a Little loud one evening. It was hard to have a conversation.

The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection met everyone's preferences. the staff at the reception and the bar were especially helpful and friendly. my bedroom was clean. It had everything i needed. on-site car parking was helpful, and it made access straightforward.

The dinner menu lacked variety. It did not have many options at all.

Great Location and Comfortable Rooms

ideal location spacious room attentive staff

The hotel had ideal location for the Hydro. It was also within walking distance to the city center. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I also loved the newly refurbished bar and lounge. Staff was very attentive.

The toilet seat cover stuck into my back if I tried to sit upright. I found the design choice rather poor. The metal table also vibrated when I moved my water glass.

the staff were attentive from the reception team to the cleaners.

the hotel charged a rental fee for an umbrella , even though most decent hotels would provide one. it felt quite cheap.

helpful staff excellent choice clean room limited options poor quality room update

the staff were very pleasant and helpful. the breakfast had an excellent choice of items each morning. the room was spacious and very clean.

The dinner menu did not have many options, unfortunately. the quality of some food could be improved. The chicken was not great. the rooms need updating, especially the shower. It lacked modern features.
