the rooms were large. they were also comfortable. the beds provided were comfortable too. i found the rooms fairly private.
i did not realize the accommodation was not in the main building. i had to walk a short distance outside for a meal. i didn't like this arrangement. the chalet was comfortable though.

Really good Stay and Amenities

stylish décorwell-equipped kitchencomfortable bedscottish favorites
The two-bedroom lodge was spacious. It had stylish décor and a very well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable (I slept like a baby!). The clubhouse is beautiful. The food was excellent. The breakfast offered scottish favorites like haggis and square sausage.
The restaurant menu differed from what was advertised initially. I needed to ask for the regular menu.
Location
9/10
The surrounding area is very natural. The location is ideal for exploring the Ayrshire coast. It provides a peaceful and scenic setting for our stay. Everything felt in tune with nature.
Service
10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They quickly addressed any questions. The free electric car charging was a great bonus. Every staff member contributed to a cute atmosphere.

misleading menuslow bar staff
the menu in the restaurant Was different than what was advertised. i had to ask for the normal menu, but they said it wasnt available on sundays, even though that wasnt mentioned. they did let us order from it eventually BUT the staff was slow at the bar. they allowed us to order drinks close to closing, but then told us to leave shortly after. the drinks WERE NOT cheap either, so we couldn't finish them.

The lodge design was very good I found it comfortable. The putting green was a great bonus. Staff were friendly and I noted beautiful views from the clubhouse. I saw good parking and efficient service.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety for me I found. I thought fruit options would be included.
