The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal. This location helped me a lot. Staff members were helpful. I appreciated their assistance. I enjoyed a spacious room .
The television in my room did not work. The wallpaper had some peeling in areas. There was no light in the bathroom. This made it difficult.

I needed a place close to the ferry since i didn't have transport! the staff were lovely and helpful. the breakfast had delicious options, and it wasn't just your standard scottish breakfast. the location was definitely a plus. It was very convenient.
the room could use a little sprucing up, though. it's nothing major, just some minor redecoration.

the room included a kettle and tea. it also had hot water and a comfortable shower and bath. the bed was comfy, and i appreciated the stylish decor throughout the room.

The staff were very cute. They allowed me to check in early. The breakfast order was taken the night before. It was served within minutes of my arrival in the morning.
I found the bed headboard dirty. Some sockets were off the wall. I thought the kettle was disgusting.

I found the location very convenient. The staff was helpful with directions and local information. Breakfast offered a good selection. The bacon was AMAZING!!!
