This hotel IS great. The breakfast options were plentiful. I could choose from a wide variety of hot and cold items. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any request. The pool table in the bar area was a HUGE plus for evening entertainment with friends.
The wifi signal WAS weak in my room. I had difficulty streaming videos at night.

The staff provided a friendly greeting upon my arrival. My room was also warm.
I was disappointed with the breakfast. Gluten-free options were shockingly limited. I received only one slice of toast, and my husband (who doesn't need gluten-free food) had to share it. The bed was also hard and too small to be a proper double (it seemed like a large single, actually).

The staff was very helpful when i checked if golf was possible. the hotel staff took all our wet clothes into drying rooms. It was a welcome feature. the rooms were excellent, spacious and clean! the food and drink was delicious.
the bathroom was very narrow. the wallpaper was peeling and had cobwebs. there was no light near the shower, so it was gloomy when the shower curtain was closed.

my room, it was number 310, had mildew in the shower. there was no hot water at the sink, so shaving was difficult. i also noticed someone's old shirt still in the wardrobe, but reception seemed uninterested.
