great location friendly staff really good cleanliness
The location is very nice for shopping. I loved the super cute staff, they were very friendly. The terrace was a great addition, I spent a lot of time there. This place is clean, it really feels like it deserves more than just four stars!

good wifi great selection nice location
I found the location very nice. The wifi worked very well. I could stream without issues. TV channels offered a great selection, so I didn't miss my shows.
The room's decoration seemed a bit old. I think it could use a more modern update to brighten things up.

The lounge area has a stylish design and the location is very good! The staff is super friendly and helpful. it is close to city center by tram, which takes only 15 minutes.

parking situation misleading information
The room had a nice size.
The parking situation was a real problem. The hotel website advertised private parking. upon arrival, I learned there were no guarantees of a spot. I also had to pay an extra fee per day.

I found the check-in process very easy and fast. The staff was kind, and I thought they were effective. The room was spacious and clean. I found the hotel's location calm and appealing, quite suitable for a romantic getaway.

efficient front desk clean room comfortable bed linens slow staff faulty air conditioner decent room
the front desk was very efficient. i received all the information i needed upon check in. the room was spacious and clean EXCEPTIONALLY. the bed linens was comfortable and i sleep WELL.
the staff was slow. the air conditioner DID NOT function properly. this room get a six only because it's decent.
