the staff at the pool was very kind. i found the restaurant staff to be helpful, too. they assisted with our luggage when we left, that was so nice.
The lifts had a strange drainage smell. the dust on the fourth floor was noticeable. It seemed excessive. our room curtains had some unsightly black marks on them.

the hotel is near EU quarter. i found a great pool there, the staff was helpful. we checked in early and checking out late was REALLY appreciated. the location was great, it was easy to reach by taxi and train.
the hotel TRIES to charge for everything SEPARATELY. the parking cost feels too much. the technical problems are annoying.

the hotel included a fitness area with old workout machines. a pool area is AVAILABLE and functional. there is also a sauna, but it lacked drinking water.

during arrival, the reception team gave us a professional cute. all staff were kind and ready to assist. staff helped us get our luggage upon departure. many employees were friendly, and treated us very well.

the front desk team was helpful with check-in and answered questions quickly. the fitness area access was great, because it provided a lot of equipment. i was pleased with convenient location, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions.
i found that the pool hours, limited to daytime only, did not accommodate evening use, less useful after business meetings.
