Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

I appreciated the staff. They were very helpful and available (I especially noted their quick assistance). They allowed us to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The location is excellent for reaching the city center. The front desk person was super helpful and even assisted us on the seventh floor with a project.

My keycard stopped working each time I left my room, requiring repeated trips to the reception desk.

the hotel held my bags after checkout. the location is near the train station, about a ten minute walk (this made travel easy). the room had white linen and towels.

the neighborhood felt a bit rough around the hotel.
