reasonable stay near the station

convenient location helpful staff clean linen smoky corridor broken toilet seat bathroom hair

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to the train station, it took me about five minutes. the staff was helpful with directions (i tend to get lost easily). i also found the linen and towels to be clean.

the smell of smoke was noticeable in the corridor. the toilet seat in my room was broken (not a huge deal, but still). i also noticed some hair on the walls in the bathroom.

rude receptionist no refund policy

The pictures online do not reflect reality. The hotel is quite messy. I could not stay there. I booked a different hotel and spoke to the receptionist. He was rude and aggressive. He almost punched my girlfriend so the police were called. I suspect they know the place is bad. They have a No Refund policy.

Basic Hotel stay with notable issues

unfriendly staff dirty floor

My room had some serious problems. The floor was not clean, and it felt kinda gross to walk on. The staff was generally unfriendly, save for one person. I thought breakfast was included, but they wanted to charge extra for a very basic offering.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

I appreciated the staff. They were very helpful and available (I especially noted their quick assistance). They allowed us to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The location is excellent for reaching the city center. The front desk person was super helpful and even assisted us on the seventh floor with a project.

My keycard stopped working each time I left my room, requiring repeated trips to the reception desk.

train station white linen helpful staff

the hotel held my bags after checkout. the location is near the train station, about a ten minute walk (this made travel easy). the room had white linen and towels.

the neighborhood felt a bit rough around the hotel.
