a convenient airport stay

early check-in helpful staff bath products plane noise faulty aircon uncomfortable bed

the room was quite spacious. i found dove bath products provided, a nice touch. the hotel staff facilitated an early check-in, and they also looked after our bags, very helpful.

i experienced some noise from planes and other guests. the air conditioning did not work properly. the bed was not as comfortable as i would have liked.

The gym had equipment that was better than that of most hotels.

The room felt uncomfortably cold upon arrival. Other guests also complained about this. The prices in the restaurant seemed too high for the food quality and the service was not great.
