dulce and roger at the reception were so helpful, I was charmed. the breakfast had good value (especially with the helpful workers). the hotel provided easy access to city center due to proximity to transport and restaurants. I had a quiet and clean room, so my check-in and check-out went smoothly.
the tv had limited channels and a complicated google chrome cast system.

I had some issues. the shower was not good. The water pressure was really low because of a faulty shower head. also, the elevators were tiny. It was hard to fit luggage and people. these factors combined affected my stay quality.

I found the staff were genuinely helpful and cute. The online check-in process was a plus. I really liked how easily I could access public transport to move around. The room had a well-stocked minibar, a big advantage after long days.
The elevators are a little small, which can be tricky with lots of luggage.
