The room was large and very clean. I liked that. there were plenty of extra pillows, which i always appreciate. It is a nice touch. i was very pleased to find toothbrushes and razors available, without my even needing to ask.

The noise from outside was really noticeable at night. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom. It wasn't overpowering. but present. the room seemed too expensive for what it offered.

The hotel is very close to Brussels Midi station, a short walk. The reception staff were friendly and helpful . My room included tea and coffee making facilities. This was appreciated. The bed was comfortable. I slept well.

The area around the hotel did not feel particularly safe at night.

The staff at the front desk are polite and ready to assist guests with directions. They also provided information about local transportation options and nearby restaurants. Mohammed was especially helpful, providing extra assistance.

The room had two complimentary bottles of water. This was a nice touch. A tea and coffee maker was in the room. This allowed me to have hot drinks. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

The hotel's location near the train station is very convenient. I found it easy to access transportation for exploring the city. Many restaurants are within walking distance, a definite bonus.
