The grounds were beautiful, and I appreciate the great views. The spa facilities were very clean, and I benefited from the outdoor spa area views. Reception staff members were efficient, patient, and humorous during check-in and check-out.

The room was very small for two guests.

The hotel included a large private car park. This made access convenient. The spa had a wide variety of treatments and provided large, fluffy bathrobes. Changing rooms had plenty of lockers. This kept our personnel belongings secure.

The location had fantastic views surrounding the hotel. I found it very picturesque. Views of the lake are visible from the rooms. This enhanced the stay. I enjoyed off road experiences close by.

The grounds were beautiful with fantastic scenery. The bed was both big and comfortable. I found plenty of tea and coffee in the room plus other nice items.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my dinner order and the food arrived cold. The heater in my room smelled like it would set on fire and the hairdryer had the same issue. I was disappointed with my overall experience as I had no complaints in previous years.
