amazing stopover! highway access and lake views!

kind receptionist excellent heater convenient location lovely views

the receptionist was super kind. heaters were definitely excellent and i appreciated that the hotel sits right next to the motorway. made it so convenient! mcdonald's, whsmith, costa, and bp were all just a minute's walk away. the location provided lovely views over the lake, what a treat!

the bathroom showed some wear and tear, but it was still usable

the motorway access made exploring easy. having fast food right there saved us time. i loved the convenient fuel station, it helped us get back on the road quickly. the location to get around the lake district was perfect.

the room could use some minor updates, but it was still a great value.

i enjoyed a beautiful lake view from my room. the room was quite spacious, with comfortable beds. it was convenient being right next to the services, especially with a 24-hour mc donald's available.

The plumbing could use some updating. There was low water pressure for the hot water in the shower and sink, a bit inconvenient.

The location proved convenient. the room was very comfy and tidy. i especially liked the lake view from the room. It added a peaceful touch!!! the reception staff were helpful and courteous.

the room felt somewhat dated, and certain areas looked slightly unclean. i think it would be beneficial to address these minor maintenance issues to elevate the standard.

The room included Yorkshire tea, large mugs, and lots of sugar. The family room had two rooms, so it was a pleasant surprise to have such a large space. The Internet was easy to access.

the location was easy to find. the setting felt nice. the beds were comfy!

The bathroom door did not close fully. That was a problem. paint was coming off the walls, and it stuck to my hands. i could hear dogs barking late at night. and early in the morning.
