A Perfect Anniversary Getaway!

This hotel was like a dream! The staff greeted us with such warmth. They discovered it was our anniversary and surprised us with beautiful towel swans and chocolates. It added such a tender touch. It really meant a lot to both of us.
The only minor thing was the parking. Spaces felt a bit tight for larger vehicles.

The room was very clean and cozy. I also appreciate the inclusion of tea and coffee facilities. A hairdryer and ironing board added real convenience for our stay.

The breakfast was wonderful!!! So many options were available.
My room was a bit dated. Only one electrical socket worked, a real inconvenience. The plastic chair looked tacky and out of place.

I really liked the breakfast, it was superb. the hot menu was lovely! i also found the salon area very nice, with plenty of sofas and seating. automatic doors to the car park proved helpful. The staff were very friendly.
i thought the rooms felt a little tired and the bathroom was small. it felt slightly old.
