the location was convenient to brussels noord station for trips. it was also close to the botanical gardens. i found free luggage storage helpful as well.

i found no soap provided in the toilet room. the room felt slightly run down. there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain at times.

The room was clean and fairly large. It included a bathtub, which i liked. The hotel location is great, being close to both the grand palace and the north station. I found it easy to reach the station and the city center. ALSO. The staff were nice enough to let me check in early.
