The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was nice and neat. I was able to walk to most places.
The toilet door did not completely close or seal! From the room you could see inside of the toilet, that was uncomfortable. Most of the plugs in the room did not work. There were only two working, and they were away from the beds.

The toilet door didn't seal properly. You could see right in. This made things uncomfortable. most of the plugs in the room didn't work. Only two did. These working plugs were far from the beds. It wasn't very practical.

Communication was effective when I sent a message about my late arrival. They responded promptly. The cute at the desk was very fast and informative. Staff helped me locate nearby places for food and drinks. The bed was very comfy , the room was very clean, and the decoration was nice.

the staff displayed excellent friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit. i received a complimentary upgrade to a sizable room which was a great surprise! i also appreciated the availability of free filtered water, coffee, tea, nuts and apples. the location was super convenient, right near the metro.
the street outside felt a bit like a backstreet which wasn't the most inviting at first, but it was manageable.

the location is very good. it is close to the metro. i walked about twenty minutes to the european parliament. the area felt safe to walk around too. this was definitely a plus!
