Acceptable, but Some Issues Existed

I encountered some issues . The room was dark, and the brown walls. The carpet was stained, and I found no hand soap in the bathroom. There were also no electrical sockets near a mirror. (It seems like a pretty basic thing to have.) The breakfast service could not cope with the number of guests, so it was crowded.

The room was quite a trek from reception. it reminded me of a maze and i was wasting time. the toilet also leaked water. i reported this to reception but no one came to fix it. That was frustrating.

The location is REALLY central and convenient, close to various restaurants. The staff were friendly. Their service was quite efficient. My room included a coffee machine and fridge. I found the bed comfortable.

The wardrobe in my room did seem a little out of place.

the location was great. i could easily reach many attractions on foot. the staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions. the breakfast had a great variety of options.

my room was not properly cleaned. i saw some hairs in the sink and on the floor. the shower drain was clogged upon arrival. the pillows had stains even after they were freshly covered.
