I found the location to be superb. It was very close to the central station. I enjoyed the downtown shopping area. It was a street away from the hotel. I also enjoyed the amazing view from the restaurant on the 13th floor. The outdoor seating enhanced the experience. The food was delicious with excellent service. I certainly plan to stay here again. I appreciated the cozy feel. There were all necessary amenities. The comfortable bed was a highlight.
The gym was small. It also was to be unattended. This limited my workout options. It wasn't quite the experience I expected from this hotel.

poor ventilationobstructed views
the room i stayed in lacked proper ventilation. it felt stuffy, even WITH THE air conditioning running. also, the promised city views from the 'superior twin or double room' were largely obstructed by a building next door. this was disappointing, given the hotel's claims.

the location was very central it was easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go. the hotel was clean and modern the rooms were well-kept. the breakfast buffet on the 13th floor had a good selection of food and offered a nice view.
the sky bar required reservations i wished this was clearer beforehand. my room's temperature was difficult to control i contacted reception. the q-park parking across the street was expensive for multiple entries and exits daily rates did not apply when leaving and re-entering.
