The hotel was near public transportation , including tram and bus lines. This made travel quite convenient. Staff members were friendly. Communal spaces were useful.

The heating operated only through the AC system , which meant a noisy fan ran all night. The room looked dusty upon inspection. Breakfast lacked freshness , particularly the cheese and fruit.

The room was great! It was a Queen Room Water View Moxy Lookout, and it had a nice view of the canals. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated that. The location was also quite convenient. It was right across from the train station. I found the room nice and neat.

The bike rental service was subpar, I think. I rented a bike and the tire went flat after only 20 minutes of riding. That was inconvenient. I called the hotel and requested a pick-up. They told me I should bring the bike back by train or on foot. That was difficult as a tourist.
