the location was a central point for my travel plans. if you arrive by car, a garage is available, but parking incurs a fee. the staff displayed friendliness, and i found the room comfortable. the room included a spacious bathroom with a modern shower (which i certainly appreciated).
i did notice a slight chill in the room when i first entered, as the heating activates with the room card.

the front desk was helpful with directions and information about local transportation options. i especially appreciated their assistance in navigating the bus routes to the airport and amsterdam city center. the team ensured my check-in and check-out process was smooth.

The reception works 24/7, this was convenient for my late arrival. The room provided complimentary tea, coffee, and water, very handy after a long trip. I found the location very convenient to the airport. The bus stop is just a short walk (it's line 397).
I did notice that the A/C made a somewhat distracting noise during the night.

The bed was quite hard. I found the pillows very fluffy. I could still hear the chairs scraping.

the location offered quick access from the airport and train line. it made visiting other parts of the country simple. the staff were also friendly and helpful.
The heating system did not function properly, unfortunately. there were no amenities in the room, such as a coffee maker or tea kettle. there wasn't even a phone to contact the reception. That was quite inconvenient.
