I stayed here, and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable too. The room had great temperature control and I found it to be very good value for money. It.

I found that the pub has a limited menu. It seems they never have a full menu available. This happened every week during my extended stay.

My stay suffered because of understaffing at the restaurant. I experienced very slow service when ordering food at the bar. I waited over thirty minutes. The ordering system requires attention.

the rooms were tidy and clean upon arrival.

The vending machine near reception malfunctioned. My drink exploded when it dropped, the receptionist seemed uninterested and offered no apology or refund. i had to seek assistance from a manager in the pub who dismissed my issue, stating they don't handle the vending machines, so that was frustrating. customer service was lacking overall, apply, twice.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities. a big tv was also in the room. i found the shower to be large and easily accessible! the room had the option of two pillows per person.

The coffee at breakfast was not strong enough. the toaster did not work as efficiently as i expected. It took quite a while to toast the bread. i was a bit disappointed.
