Bathrooms include toiletries and bathrobes. Room types range from Classic Rooms with double beds and ensuite showers or bathtubs, to Superior Rooms with sofa areas, and Deluxe Rooms with king or twin beds. The Four Poster Suite includes a seven-foot square bed, a seating area overlooking Russel Street, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath overlooking the gardens. Select top-floor rooms include air-conditioning; other rooms have power fans.
Dining: Michelin Star Cuisine
The Olive Tree Restaurant is Bath's Michelin Star restaurant and has four AA rosettes. Executive Head Chef Chris Cleghorn prepares seasonal menus. A special four-course vegan or vegetarian tasting menu is available. Breakfast is served in The Olive Tree and includes a continental buffet with fruit salads and croissants, plus cooked options such as French toast with streaky bacon. The Old Q Bar features a selection of drinks. A relaxed dining menu is available in the Old Q Bar, lounge, or via room service, focusing on seasonal, local ingredients.

Valet parking is available for a fixed fee per night, from 12 pm on the day of arrival until 12 pm on the day of departure. The hotel is a five-minute taxi ride or a 15-minute walk from the train station.
