the staff was helpful and efficient, the location was great. the breakfast selection was diverse and fresh, with options that suited various dietary needs. i found the room spacious and well equipped with all necessary amenities.
the noise from nearby bars was disruptive and affected my sleep. i could hear the music and chatter late into the night.

The breakfast buffet featured a good assortment of hot and cold items. Fresh fruit, pastries, and cereals were available. a selection of juices and coffee was offered. the dining area was clean and well maintained.

staff at the front desk were responsive and efficient to requests. housekeeping maintained the room cleanliness each day. the service at breakfast was attentive, with staff readily clearing tables, though the parking was expensive!

good breakfast great location outdated room long walk
i found the breakfast to be astonishingly good. the location is a win because it is a few meters from the bus station. it is also right in a city centre. it is so close to all the shops, bars, restaurants.
the room was a little outdated because it had old carpets. the air con was also not working very well. A LONG walk FROM the lift to room occurred.

great breakfast amazing service extra bits tv bathroom
i had a really nice time. the breakfast was great, and aarc and kavi provided AMAZING service. going the extra mile. i appreciated the extra bits in the room, such as the tv in the bathroom.
the premier plus room didn't seem much different to a standard one, a little disappointing.

the hotel's location is very convenient near the main bus and coach station. this makes it easy to get around. the hotel is also close to many business locations.

the staff were very helpful and friendly during my business trip. praveen shushmitha christen was caring and attentive during breakfast. other staff at the ground level concierge desk were also effective.

the service in the restaurant are so attentive to my dietary needs. the breakfast buffet offered fresh fruits, pastries, and a wide selection of hot dishes. i appreciate the hotel providing convenient access to local shops and attractions. the room was clean and well maintained.
the wardrobe rail was so high, i could not reach it easily.
