i found the 'special one' room spacious and comfortable. the bed was huge, it ensured a restful sleep for several nights. the room included air conditioning, useful given the warm weather. a kettle and coffee maker were available, so i could easily make beverages (a great start to the day).

the stairs to the upper floors are quite steep, something to note if you have mobility concerns.

the room was clean. it had nice treats and water. the hotel features a fantastic restaurant and bar on site. all the staff were polite and attentive.

my room was near the road so i heard traffic noise. the bathroom sink was cracked. the shower head was broken. these issues detracted from the experience.

the bar staff seemed nice when i got a drink one night.

my room, named 'the comfy one' ironically, really wasnt that comfy at all and i found the tv remote didn't work. i asked at reception about it, but nothing changed and i had to manually press the buttons on the tv instead.

i found the staff very helpful , whatever my request was. the breakfast was also really good. our room had a nice balcony and i liked it a lot.

the room was very small. there was no proper seating in the room. the bed was on a mezzanine level with a steep wooden staircase up. at night it was safer to reverse down the steps to use the bathroom on the lower level.
