Fantastic City Stay
perfect location friendly staff clean room
The location was perfect. It was close to museums and restaurants. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. I purchased breakfast each morning. It was great. The room was very comfy and tidy, a real plus after long days.

good variety convenient bike rentals
the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the hotel provided convenient bike rentals, i explored nearby attractions. but we loved the bus routes that were near by? the bus stop was across the street.

kind staff lovely building nice breakfast small table thin wall poor ventilation
i found the staff very kind. the building and location were nice. i really enjoyed the breakfast.
the room could use more surfaces. there was only one small impractical table already holding the coffee machine and kettle. also, the walls were thin, and bathroom ventilation was poor.

missing mirror missing fridge
the location was acceptable, it was close to the museumplein.
The room lacked a mini fridge and a full-length mirror. This was inconvenient. the absence of these amenities detracted from the overall quality. I found it disappointing. i expect these facilities at this price point.

residential area friendly staff high pillows missing air
The location is excellent. It is close to museums and in a quiet residential area.. The room was very comfortable and clean. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful. The coffee machine was a nice addition to the room.
There was no air conditioning in the room. I am from Norway, so I am used to living without it, but it was very hot. There was a fan, yet it was not enough. The pillows were also very high. I did not find them comfortable, sadly.
