The hotel's location was unbeatable, placing me within easy reach of key attractions. Our room faced a canal and offered a charming view with boats passing by. The ground floor cafe provided a quaint spot for a drink. I found it very inviting. Staff members helped me with directions and recommendations for local spots.

The stairs were a bit steep, so carrying luggage required extra care.

The location was excellent. It was on a quiet street near restaurants. I found the staff very helpful. Martin at the front desk offered good recommendations for nearby restaurants (I tried one and it was great!). The room was spacious. It had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast included great options. They had cheeses, breads, and coffee. The breakfast room itself was wonderful. I especially liked the tea room where they offered breakfast. The staff was always available. They were ready to help with suggestions. I found them very engaging people.

The staircase was very narrow. This was especially difficult when carrying luggage.

the air conditioning unit was a mobile device. it was very loud. it provided little cooling. considering the room rates are what they are, i expect a proper, well-functioning air conditioning system. i found this unacceptable for what they charge.

The air conditioning was mobile. It made much more noise than it provided cooling. I expected a normal, well-functioning air conditioning system given the price of the rooms.
