“I appreciate that this hotel sits in a calmer pocket of Amsterdam, near green spaces and a quick ride from the airport. It strikes me as geared towards business travelers, with meeting rooms and a weekday shuttle, but the on-site spa and proximity to parks could work for leisure, too. While the location is outside the center, it's well-connected for getting around.”

reasonable place to stay
bus stop convenient location day ticket money-saving train access easy transport worn walls poor condition stained floor dirty surface outdated room bad impression
the bus stop was near the hotel. bus 62 took me to the rai train station. from there, i took train 51 to the center. buying a day ticket was cheaper. i could use it on buses and trams.
the walls in my room looked worn. they were dirty. it seemed like a train station. the floor was old. it was also stained and scuffed.

lovely bathroom bus stop short walk
the room was big it had a lovely bathroom i dined in the restaurant i made use of my free 'green' drink tokens the hotel isn't central but there is a bus stop close by i used it to get into the city and beyond the tram stop is a short walk away i also used it.
the gap between the door to the room and the corridor allowed me to hear everything happening in the corridor i was woken up several times each night hearing each door closing light from the corridor shined into the room through the gap as the corridor lights remained on all the time.

great breakfast cleaning program vending machines door gap light intrusion uncomfortable bed
the breakfast was great. there was also a nice sustainable cleaning program. i appreciated the vending machines. they had a wide selection of food and beverages.
there is a 2-3 cm gap between the door to the room and the corridor, i could hear everything happening in the corridor very clearly. as a light sleeper, i was woken up several times each night. light from the corridor also shone into the room through the gap. the bed wasn't very comfortable.
