central location clean rooms english breakfast
the location is central, near various places in the highlands. the rooms were clean and adequately sized. breakfast included both full english and continental options (i enjoyed the black pudding).
parking spaces are limited.

central location nice bar friendly staff
I loved the central location. I could easily walk to everything i wanted to see! the bar area was great. It had a really nice vibe. the staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt really welcomed!
The shower pressure was quite low. I found it a little frustrating after a long day.

helpful staff convenient location low water pressure outdated decor
The hotel is close to the train station. I found many restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful (always willing to assist). The provided breakfast had a nice variety.
The bathroom lacked proper water pressure in the shower. the general décor seemed somewhat outdated (could use some refreshing). The room did not include shampoo or hair conditioner.

helpful staff large window dusty condition misleading room
the staff were helpful. the bedroom was nice and a good size, it had a large window overlooking the loch.
the hotel needs a decent vacuum. it was dusty. the place looks tired and needs a fresh coat of paint inside (i think this could improve the feel of the place significantly). the room was a little misleading, though they were willing to change rooms when we asked.
