I was greeted with such warmth and care. They even helped me with my bags! the staff were lovely, always ready with a smile and a helpful hand. my room, a tower family room, was impeccably clean and beautifully presented, with a haven of comfort after long days.

The price did seem a little steep, especially considering some of the room sizes. I felt a bit more value for money would have enhanced the experience.

i stayed for three nights in late may. the room included a king size bed and ample space. there was a coffee maker in the room, alongside tea and coffee. all staff were very polite and helpful from arrival to departure.

the absence of a lift made transporting luggage to upper floors slightly inconvenient.
