I found the staff friendly. Danielle especially was great. the hotel offered lovely doggy treats and toys, a thoughtful touch (my furry friend loved it!).
Soundproofing proved to be a challenge. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, which impacted the overall tranquility.

Amazing stay! Everything was great!

The staff were cute and helpful. The manager suggested a route to Applecross. It was excellent! The food in the restaurant was superb! I enjoyed the hotel's location. It is a great spot for visiting the Isle of Skye and Applecross.
I got a room in the Haven next door. The whole building looks very tired. It is a shame.

i appreciated the friendly staff.. they were very cute. the breakfast buffet offered a good scottish selection. the location was also great, perfect for exploring the area.
the soundproofing in my room was not good. i could hear a lot of noise from outside.. the pillows were also uncomfortable, and i found the bedding to be of poor quality. it was a double bed, but felt quite small.

my accommodation was in the haven, very close. the evening meal tasted excellent! staff seemed very helpful. the bar was lovely. breakfast happened in the haven, it was satisfactory. i am thankful for the chef who made porridge for me. staff accommodated the public, it makes a good hotel.
Our room was in the adjacent building. It was a little old. the shower didn't work well
